A graduate of Yale University, Dr. Kelman has dedicated himself to social and political psychology. Over the course of his career, Dr. Kelman has been an active participant in developing a resolution to the Arab-Israeli conflict, specifically the Israeli-Palestinian aspects. Dr. Kelman is also extensively published. Among his more notable works are Crimes of Obedience: Toward a Social Psychology of Authority and Responsibility, and International behavior: A Social-Psychological Analysis. The dedication and expertise that Dr. Kelman brings to his craft has not gone unnoticed. Dr. Kelman has been awarded with the Socio-Psychological Prize of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the Kurt Lewin Memorial Award. Currently, Dr. Kelman continues to serve his field as the Richard Clarke Cabot Professor of Social Ethics, Emeritus, at Harvard University.
