Based out of North Brunswick, NJ, Ms. Penna has successfully owned and operated her boutique dance fitness studio since 2009. Specializing in Zumba fitness programs, they offer classes for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Being inspired by her own weight loss journey, Ms. Penna understands her clients who hate exercising, but love to work out.  During her live interview she will be sharing with her listeners about their studio, which is private and has become a community and like family to most clients.
